I got a request for 6 dozen cupcakes, and the only specifics were that some of them be lemon with sunflowers. So my friend stephanie and I decided to do the rest flowers, and then mix them all up in the boxes (instead of a box of each kind) so they looked like a field of flowers kind of. We delivered 3 boxes of these!

The Sunflowers are lemon sponge with lemon buttercream and oreo centers, the forget me not cupcakes are vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and the forget me nots are made of fondant, and the Pink carnations are strawberry cake with buttercream, and lemon buttercream leaves for a little extra pop.

Flowers that were delivered to me at work today. I still don't know what to think because I can't stop blushing/giggling like a stupid little schoolgirl!
